One Day in Hong Kong - Hong Kong

One day in Hong Kong. Flew in from Shanghai in the morning with a flight back to Singapore at midnight, which left just enough time to actually do something. Dropped my bag and went straight into the city.

Spent the morning in Central, took the long escalator up through the neighbourhood, walked through Tai Kwun, stopped by the Sun Yat-sen Museum, then back down to Central Market.

Then queued for the Peak Tram. Worth it. The view from Victoria Peak in the late afternoon was everything, the whole city laid out below, the harbour, Kowloon on the other side.

Coming back down I passed by the Court of Final Appeal, the old colonial building lit up at night with a tram curving past it. Something about that shot felt very Hong Kong.

Walked down to the harbour, rode the ferris wheel, then took the Star Ferry across to Tsim Sha Tsui.

Then went to the airport for flight back to Singapore.
